We stayed at this property for a week in late May 2011 and loved it! In the past we've spent vacations
at the Outer Banks in NC, but after a recent relocation that moved us closer to FL, we decided to
change things up and are glad we did. The house was very clean and well-maintained - basically it was
exactly as advertised... The beach itself was easily accessible (good for herding the little ones to and
from the beach). The white sand and clear water made for an amazing beach experience! Afternoons
were spent at the house pool. The layout and landscaping provide a private feel for those afternoon
and evening swimming sessions. Panama City Beach was 20 minutes drive and was great for an
afternoon of tourist activities/shopping. Upscale shopping was very close in Seaside. Publix and Winn
Dixie were both close for grocery shopping and I highly recommend a stop at the Donut Truck (you'll
see it on the way in) for a fresh sour cream glazed donut! It was a great house a great vacation.

Rae - Just wanted to shoot you an e-mail, we stayed at your home from 6-19 to 6-26, 2010 and
everything was absolutely perfect. There were 4 adults and six children (6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) and we all
loved the closeness to the beach and the pool was perfect as well. We went to the beach in the
morning everyday and relaxed (as much as possible with 6 kids) by the pool in the afternoon. We
were worried coming down here about the oil, but we saw no ill effects, we did see some tar balls,
which were about the size of a dime that were near where the waves broke on the beach, but they
really did not cause any problems, we played in the ocean and on the beach all week long and no body
really even noticed. The sand is still as beautiful and sugar white as ever. We also did some fishing
from the beach and caught a few little sharks as well as some other random fish, nothing huge, but
alot of fun! Anyhow, everything was perfect and we loved the house, the bigger kids loved the bunk
room and the pool expecially. Thanks again and if you need anything let me know. I believe we will be
returning, I wish it could be a lot sooner!

Hey Gay!! The name of the property is A perfect circle. It's a 4 bedroom house, 2 bath with a pool. Also
pet friendly! Our challenge is always pet friendly, the girls each have mini schnauzers who are two
princesses!! The real princess had her own room equipped with a baby bed so it was a good fit for this
year! Having a pool has also been a requirement over the past few years! It was especially nice this
year with Emily! The walk to the beach is short and the walkway is very nice! The beach is gorgeous,
very private, most days it was us and a one other family! Not sure if that is always the case, but it was
never crowded! The house is not on the beach but only one house back! We would stay there again!
The agent is super nice and owns the home, she is very helpful and professional!

Ladies and Gentlemen! This is a copy of the personal letter that we sent to Rae Bryant and her family
on renting what we believe is the best house in Santa Rosa Beach. You will feel like family and just fall
in love with the house and surroundings:
Rae, First we want to thank you for one of the best vacations that we have had as a family.
Everything from the house, to the pool, to the beach, to the manatee's migrating while we were
swimming, to the school's of stingray going by were absolutely WONDERFUL! Kathy and I are now
trying to figure when we can come by ourselves and stay in the condo. We are thinking the second
week of Sept (4th-11th) if the weather looks good. We have attached a few of the 676 pics taken while
we were down there.
Eavy just fell in love with all of it. It took only a minute for her to get used to the pool, but it took two
days before she would even get close to the water at the beach. She finally would go in only if I
(Grampers) was holding her. She chased crabs watched birdies and had breakfast with Granny on the
front deck. The whole evolution felt like we were staying at a family members house and NOT a
business transaction. Thank you for that.
We really had a great time and you will definitely be hearing from us soon on renting the condo.

"We had a great time at the beach house, and our week went by too fast! It's in a great location, and
it's very difficult to find a nice house close to the beach with a private pool that's also pet friendly.
And we had the beach to ourselves most days. So Perfect Circle was exactly what I'd been looking for
